How to register to the DU Passerelle - Students in exile ?

Eligibility criteria

• Have a secondary school diploma (baccalauréat or the equivalent of a foreign secondary school diploma);
• Have a university study project (continuation of studies or 1st enrolment);
• Have acquired level B1 for enrolment in a B2 semester or level B2 for enrolment in a C1 semester;
• Have refugee status, subsidiary protection status, asylum seeker status or temporary protection;
• Not having French as their mother tongue or as the language of instruction.

Admission is subject to selection by a teaching committee. The minimum number of people admitted to the DU Passerelle is 8. Groups are made up of a maximum of 20 people.

Documents required for the application

• Proof of identity ;
• Proof of status (récépissé or residence permit);
• Photocopy of secondary school leaving certificate and translation into French;
• Letter of motivation in French;
• And any other supporting documents.

 
When should I apply?

If you have a B1 level in French, you can apply from February 2nd to April 1st, 2027 for the September 2027 semester.

Selected candidates will take an admission test on June 1st, 2027.
